In 2011 Marissa Mulder beat out 60 other singers to win the MetroStar Talent Challenge, a cabaret contest in New York City. Her prize was a fully produced run of her very own show at the Metropolitan Room. That show became "Illusions".  It's a playful, whimsical evening about fantasy and dreams. It's about leaving the innocence of childhood behind but still holding on to that magic in your heart.  The show includes classics like,  "It's only a Paper Moon," "Both Sides Now," and "Rainbow Connection."

Enjoyed by the "Baby Boomer" generation and a young audience alike, this show  sparkles and leaves its participants feeling enchanted!

Bill Zeffiro on Piano
John Loehrke on Bass
Pete Anderson on Saxophone and Clarinet.
